My photography journey started with a passion for capturing people and nature in the most creative way possible. Based in Rockland Ontario, I bring a unique perspective and skillset to every photo session I undertake. As a preschool teacher for 29 years, I have a natural ability to connect with children and create images that showcase their unique personalities while focusing on capturing their innocence and wonderment.
From family portraits to newborn shoots, to portraits and events, I aim to create timeless memories that you will cherish forever.
My Story
I grew up on a farm just outside Alexandria Ontario, where I spent many days emersed in the beauty of nature and the outdoors. I began taking photos at an early age and seemed to have an eye for beautiful landscapes and the natural world around me.
I had always had a love for working with young children and atypical children. I began working with them as soon as I could. I studied Child and Youth Work and soon began working at a preschool where I have been for 29 years.
At TLC Tracy Lucking Creative Photography, I take pride in capturing the beauty and essence of people and places through my lens. I understand that photographs are more than just pictures; they are moments captured for a lifetime. With my passion for photography, I aim to create images that are rich in colour and emotion, and that tell a story that is unique to my clients. From intimate portraits to grand landscapes, my photography is an art form that is meant to be cherished for generations to come.
With a focus on children, lifestyle portraits and event photography, my goal is to provide you with images that truly capture the essence of your life. Based in Rockland Ontario, just outside Ottawa Ontario, I am excited to work with you to create images that you will treasure for years to come.
Speciality
Atypical children have a very special place in my heart. I have worked with many of these children over the years and each and everyone has left a lasting imprint on me. Knowing first hand how difficult it can be to parent of an atypical child, and how those special moments and milestones are harder to see and document. Here at TLC, Tracy Lucking Creative Photography, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for families with atypical children who want to capture special moments that will last a lifetime. I will work with you and your family to create a personalized photography session that highlights the unique qualities of your little ones.
